Cindy Steinschriber is a Transformational Life Coach and mother of two awesome adult children, one of whom has special needs. She combines a unique background of coaching, business consulting, spiritual principles, leadership skills, advocacy and care giving in service of people who want to discover and live a life in harmony with their soul’s purpose.
Through personal experience, Cindy has learned first-hand that each of us is far more powerful than any circumstance, condition or situation in which we find ourselves. For more than 25 years, Cindy has been a highly successful advocate for her daughter, enrolling medical, therapeutic, and educational professionals in supporting the vision she and her husband created for their daughter’s life. Over many years, Cindy has also held leadership roles within the Los Angeles Jewish Community, including co-founding Kol HaNearim, a special needs inclusion consultancy to L.A. Jewish day schools. She was a member of the Western Region Board of the Jewish Federation, where she co-chaired Board development, and has served on various committees within the Federation, other Jewish non-profit organizations and within the Special Needs community. Cindy is a Wexner Heritage Fellow and currently serves on the Community Advisory Committee of the Jewish LA Special Needs Trust. Never willing to sit back and accept the ordinary, she is passionate about collaborating and forging new paths to achieve the extraordinary.
A native of Los Angeles, Cindy holds a B.A. from UCLA and a MBA from Columbia University in Human Resources and Organizational Management. Cindy has a diverse, extensive background in business and career consulting, recruiting and coaching across a variety of industries. She received her accreditation as a Life Coach through the Academy for Coach Training (now InviteChange) and became certified as a DreamBuilder Coach and Life Mastery Consultant through the Life Mastery Institute. Cindy has worked with hundreds of clients in both career and life transitions, supporting them as they rekindle almost forgotten dreams and design whole new destinies. For the last several years, she has devoted herself to the study and implementation of transformational success principles, challenging herself and others to reach higher with courage and confidence, knowing that we can be and have more than we ever thought possible.
