Songs and Yoga Poses of Peace

Sunday, April 29 | 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Pasadena Jewish Temple and Center, 1434 N. Altadena Drive Pasadena, 91107 United States + Google Map

Traditional yoga poses are inspired by many things including warriors. Yogic warriors, however,  are strong and engage in peace, not war or fighting.  We will grow into our warrior poses for strength and then rest deeply symbolizing peace.  Our rest will be accompanied by the beautiful sounds of Canter Ruth Berman Harris (vocals) Steve Moos (mandolin and vocals) and Donnie Kirpatrick (guitar) offering us inspiration via songs of peace in Hebrew and English.
