We live in such challenging times. From fear about the present or the future, to anxiety arising from personal circumstances, learning to notice how fear appears in us and how we habitually respond is an important first step to creating more calm in our lives. It is possible to learn how to better navigate fearful times. These practices and tools are essential, especially now. We will look at a few models and practices derived from Jewish sources that offer guidance and a pathway of both awareness and personal growth so that we can make walk with more strength and calm through difficult times.
