This interactive workshop articulates the spiritual benefits of choosing Judaism as the soul’s path and provides a framework for finding the necessary resources for converting to Judaism. We will explore the making of a metaphoric "sanctuary" in the form of a container for healing and prayer. Through collage, paint and pens, we will also create personal prayer cards that will be housed in the decorated sanctuary that we will construct. Traditional yoga poses are inspired by many things including warriors. Yogic warriors, however, are strong and engage in peace, not war or fighting.
