Continuum Movement: Liquid Kabbalah
Wednesday, April 18 | 2:00 pm - 5:00 pmFree
Continuum Movement is a meditative, gentle, and dynamic inquiry into yourself and what it means to be human.
Kabbalah includes wonderful insights about the human body, movement, and cultivating Presence. We will study selected texts in translation and Hebrew relating manifesting health, movement and implementing change. This will set the stage for our “dive” into moving meditation.
Active pause invites a meditative state that supports disrupting unconscious patterns. Space is created that invites the cultivation of refined awareness, receptivity, and connectivity. Gentle sounding and loosely choreographed movement invites encounters with our body’s fluid aliveness. Movement comes forward in support of mobility, connection, vitality, and awareness.
Wear clothing you can move in easily. Bring a blanket or mat and a journal or paper for notes. Texts in Hebrew and tranlation.
